"I started working out at Noonan’s back in March 2012. During this time I had many accomplishments and saw many great changes with my mind and body. But there came a point when I felt like I hit a road block. I was doing most things right but wasn’t seeing any more changes. This was about the time that NSS began offering the NCP Sprint Program. Although I had the basics of quality nutrition down, I decided I needed the extra accountability. After discussing with my coach, I enrolled in the Sprint.


Upon completion of the two-month program, I had learned a lot about my eating habits ~ why I eat, when I eat, and what I’m choosing to eat. I learned how to deal with bad eating habits and made some lifestyle changes to combat those bad habits. I learned further about the pros and cons of eating more protein and less ‘bad’ carbs, and incorporated that into my daily meal plans.  (It’s amazing how much better I feel when I eat low carb / high protein!!)  Over the two-month period I didn’t drop a lot of weight, but I transformed my body. All total, I lost 3.5 inches (1.25” from BOTH my hips AND waist), and my clothes are fitting a lot better. (I had to go out and buy new jeans!!) This program gave me the kick-start I needed on my nutrition. Thank you Noonan's!”
