”I first started going to NSS in March of 2011. I had been at a stand-still with working out and decided I needed a change. Exercising has always been important to me, but I was at the point that I needed to find out what works for my body type and what doesn’t.

 

Working with NSS has helped me figure out the different exercises that work, helped keep me accountable on what I am eating, and gives me the motivation to keep on working hard. In doing those things, I have lost inches to my arms, hips, waist and legs. I really had no specific goal set going in, I just knew that I wanted to become more lean, and I wanted to be able to do pull-ups without any help. When I first started doing pull-ups I used a band, but am now up to 15 pull-ups without any assistance at all! 

 

I now know what works for me and what doesn’t. I am able to apply all of those things that I have learned and incorporate them into to my eating and exercising plan. Staying fit and healthy, what greater gift to give to oneself than that!
