At NSS we offer a wide variety of athlete enhancement programs. Between our Summer Athlete Program, School Year Athlete Training, and various camps throughout the year, we are sure to have the right fit for you.
With experience training athletes from age 6 all the way through collegiate players, we have accumulated a large base of education to ensure appropriate training programs and progressions with our athletes.
School Year Athlete Training: ($99/month)
Tuesday & Thursday
3:00 - 4:00 p.m. YOUTH (8-12 years)
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. ADVANCED (12+)
The program is always supervised by our Director of Sports Performance, and involves speed work as well as a lifting session.
If your athlete is not currently involved in an afternoon sport, we'd love to have them join us!

J.O. Volleyball Camp
