NSS Facility

The 7,000-square-foot NSS training facility is set up to accommodate all of your fitness needs. Our facility is specifically designed around the NSS training philosophy of achieving goals through strength training and quality movement.

A wide variety of nutrition recovery! From our high quality Quest Protein to the delicious Quest protein bars.

Your first session will be held in our private consultation office, where we will spend time learning about your past exercise history, goals, etc.

Deadlift platform and power racks.

The deadlift platform, where lifters compete during our powerlifting meets.

30 kettlebells of all sizes and our posterior chain equipment allow all types of full body training.

Our power racks enable us to perform a full complement of barbell lifts.

3 of the 6 TRX's we have throughout the facility, and plenty of room to work on pullups!

Used for many variations of explosive medicine ball work.

From 3 lbs to 110 lbs, we have you covered.
