Mike Hawes, BS, CSCS, USAW
Mike graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006, receiving Bachelor of Science degrees in both Exercise Science and Athletic Training.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)
Certified Sports Performance Coach (USAW)
AT Ret (BOC)
First Aid and CPR/AED certified (AHA)
Mike is wholly committed to helping clients and athletes thrive through the philosophy, mission, and goals of the programs offered at NSS.
Mike has personally competed in a multitude of endurance events, from sprint triathlons to trail ultra marathons. Some of these include the YoungLife Olympic Distance Triathlon, Square Lake Half IronMan, Grandma's Marathon, the Wild Duluth 50K, as well as being a multiple Voyageur 50 Mile Trail Ultra finisher.
While not coaching clients or spending time with his family, Mike enjoys reading on war history and personal development.
Mike and his wife Jennah live in Alexandria with their sons Sawyer, Lincoln, and Everett.
