"I had a desire to get out of my comfort zone and try something different. I've always heard good things about NSS. Looking at the website and reading the bios, I felt it would be a good fit for my personality and level of athleticism. 


Also, I like the fact that NSS focuses on the individual/small group training. I knew I wasn't going to be seeing people on a treadmill talking on their phone.


I LOVE the coaches and the way they challenge and encourage me every week. The workouts incorporate things I haven't done before, and I look forward to every session. I appreciate the one-on-one contact and attention, rather than a trainer giving you a program and saying, "Here, go do this and see me in a few weeks."


I already feel myself getting stronger. After each session I feel better both mentally and physically. I've connected really well with the coaches I've worked with. Any opportunity I get to spend time with people who are passionate about fitness is time well spent. I've gained knowledge on proper form, and have also gotten suggestions on things I can do at home to help reach my goals.


Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You definitely get a positive vibe as soon as you walk in the door. There are motivating pictures and graphics on the walls, and I really enjoy the music. 


I consider healthy living an investment, not an expense. If we take care of and respect our bodies now, we can avoid health problems in the future. 


I would encourage anyone, regardless of fitness level, to work with a coach. It's motivating, inspiring and educational."
