After dropping 55 pounds with NSS, Rose K.'s job changed and she found herself putting weight back on, and her clothes fitting tighter and tighter. She had gone from a job that included walking 8-10 miles per day, to a new position where it was hard to replace that much physical activity.

"As my clothes were getting tighter, I was not about to buy a bigger size! That's when my coach suggested to give the Nutrition Coaching Program a try. I decided to go for the 2-month Sprint Program. 

The handbook you receive is an excellent tool, pumped with information and areas to chart your progress. I really needed to get back to the basics and have help as to where my protein, carbohydrate, and calorie count needed to be with my new job. 

We sat down, decided on a plan of action, and as the weeks went on, the results kept coming."

Results like a loss of 13 lbs, 6.75 inches, and
a 6% drop in body fat, all in just 6 weeks!


Which now puts Rose into the LEAN category for females.

"NSS gave me the extra help that the program provides, to know exactly where I needed to be. Most importantly, the one-on-one sessions were vital, to go over how each week went, what needed improvement, and what the victories were. 

The NCP program helped me learn to be S.M.A.R.T. 

S = Specific – Choose a specific goal – ex. weight loss or fitness.

M = Measurable – How will you measure your goal? – ex. Exercise so many times a week, implement a healthy eating habit weekly.

A= Accountable – You need to want this for yourself and share your goals with friends, because they will ask you how you are doing, which will help you be accountable and on track.  

R = Realistic – Make sure your goals are attainable – ex. Lose 1-2 pounds a week, eat 7 servings or more of vegetables daily, drink 2-3 more glasses of water a day, etc.

T = Time frame – Choose a time when you plan to accomplish your goal – ex. 30 days, 60 days, a year, etc.

I encourage anyone out there who has struggled with their weight: please give the Nutrition Coaching Program a try. You will learn so much.
