Is It Worth It?
“If you don’t enjoy the process, you better REALLY want to achieve the end result!”
This little gem came from our friend, Dr. Mike T. Nelson (check his stuff out HERE), while a few of us were sharing conversation about the fitness field after our most recent Leading Training and Fitness Conference.
It was something said in passing, but has seemingly endless application.
At the end of the day, if you are looking to make great change in your lifestyle, body composition, or strength you had better either REALLY LOVE THE JOURNEY to that great change or there had better be an awfully big incentive to achieve it!
Or else you are just swimming against the current.
So take a minute, think about what your current goals is, and have an honest conversation with yourself...do I love the journey, am I highly incentivized, or is it time to adjust something.
