FREE Walk-to-Run Program

We are super excited to once again be partnering with Alexandria ROUS and The Lakes Area Endurance Races to be offering the FREE, Walk-to-Run training program.

All dates and details have been finalized and we will officially start our 8 weeks on Tuesday May 5th, meeting at Big Ole. With the culmination being The Lakes Area Endurance 5K on Friday, June 26th.

This fun, non-intimidating program is great for those looking to train for their first 5K, get back into running shape, or just stay accountable and motivated to get out and be active.

The program is tried and true, and anyone can do it.

Beginning Tuesday, May 5th, we will be meeting at Big Ole Park every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30-6:00 PM, and Saturday mornings from 7:00-7:30 AM.
