Training athletes is how we got our start at NSS in 2007. Since then we have coached hundreds of athletes to not only better success in their sport of choice, but have influenced healthy habits and behaviors for a lifetime.
We truly understand the impact a great coach can have on a youth athlete, and have seen first hand the amazing transformations in these athletes. However, we are not just talking physical transformation, which we achieve through consistent coaching and encouragement at NSS.
But the mental shift that occurs within a youth athlete when someone believes they are capable of change, when someone is confident in them, and when that someone genuinely cares.
This is where our roots lie at NSS, and due to that we are constantly working to make our athlete programs better and better. Not only learning the X's and O's of proper and safe movement, strength and speed but also how to communicate, how to get on an athletes level, how to lead without being dictatorial....how to be a great coach.
Through years of experience, hours and hours of continued education from some of the best athlete coaches around the nation, and the willingness of clients and athletes to allow us to learn while working with them we have built what we think is an amazing Summer Athlete Program for 2015.
However, in order to keep with our philosophy and train to the best of our ability we are only accepting 100 athletes into the program this year. Of those 100 slots we currently have filled 73...which means we can only take in 27 more athletes for our 10 week program.
We are excited to see that times are filling fast, but we don't want you to miss out.
Getting a spot reserved is as simple as emailing HERE and talking with our Director of Sports Performance to grab a slot that works for your athlete or team.
We would love to be that great coach for them!
Training starts at 7:30 a.m. with the final group beginning at 1:15 p.m.
