What changes has Mike seen? In the last few months, he has dropped over 30 pounds, decreased over 2% body fat, and lost over 8 inches off of his body measurements. There is one measurement that has actually gone up…that would be his arm circumference going up ½”! In addition to those impressive changes, Mike demonstrates strength improvements each and every week. Some key lifts he has seen improvements on include the trap bar deadlift, barbell bench press, and push-ups. He is currently flirting with a 300 lb. deadlift and 200 lb. bench press. All of these strength changes have come at the SAME time he continues to lose weight.
What makes Mike so successful? From the moment we first met Mike last spring, we knew he was going to be a success story. He came in with a focused mind, determined on achieving clearly laid out goals. He had a vision of where he wanted to go, and we were lucky enough be along for the ride. He demonstrates unyielding consistency and persistence in pursuit of his goals.
Mike is also a joy to work with as he comes in ready to work and gives it his all in the workout. He pours blood, sweat, and tears into his workouts and makes the most of the time at NSS…well, maybe no blood and tears, but plenty of sweat!
