Registration is now open for our Spring Conditioning Camp.
This 3 week camp includes 3, 60 minutes sessions per week, March 7th - March 24th. Call or email Chris to sign up your athletes. (limited to 15)
Each session will focus on building athleticism through change of direction, jumping and explosiveness, and speed and acceleration.
This is the perfect camp for the athlete wanting to get a jump start to their spring season, or those looking to simply better themselves through proper technique of movement.
Open to all ages and ability levels.
