Kettlebell Workshop @ NSS: Tuesday, April 12th (only 10 spots)

Kettlebells are not only great tools for fat loss and strength but they are also a super fun implement to include in training to continue to enjoy your exercise.
That being the case, we are offering a "first ever" opportunity here at NSS. A workshop on how to best use a kettlebell, focusing our attention on the Swing, Get-Up, and Goblet Squat.
You can expect a brief group warm-up at the beginning of the workshop. After which we will spend 20-30 minutes on each of the movements, going through the progression and discussing key points.
Beginners can expect to learn the process of working towards mastery for each of the movements in a safe manner, while more advanced participants can expect to fine tune skills to improve their movement abilities.
The workshop will be structured in the drill/practice format which involves plenty of time for participants to practice the drill being discussed. During those practice intervals, C.J. will watch and provide customized feedback for each individual.
