Aerobic training often gets a bad rap in the fitness industry. This may be due to the fact that it is most commonly associated with running, and a lot of people hate running. But we are here to tell you, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR GOAL IS (unless it's less overall health, being crabby, or having less energy), it's going to be beneficial for you.
