Since the moment Ann stepped through the doors here at NSS, she has been a poster child for consistency. In just over one year training with us, she has exhibited true commitment to herself and her health. She arrives early to every session with a can-do attitude, open to try new things and even work beyond her comfort zone at times.
Her consistency and dedication has led to some very cool accomplishments. One of those has been trap bar deadlifting over her bodyweight. This achievement came despite a rough start to her trap bar career…we won’t share the story here, but you can ask Ann if you’d like! Ann recently achieved her first pull-up on the rings. Just days before this goes to press, she performed two consecutive chin-ups!
Ann’s commitment even motivated her to sign up for the 2015 Jeans Challenge last fall as well as the NSS Train and Stay this coming fall. She is not a self-proclaimed runner but is looking forward to the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Northern Minnesota.
On a final note, we would like to thank Ann for helping to make the noon hour at NSS such a fun time of day. The group is better having her and her fun sense of humor a part of it.
We are proud of you and your commitment to health Ann. Thank you for choosing NSS to be a part of your plan!
