Theresa has been part of the #NSSfamily for quite some time now. Not only does she train with us (many, many years), she is also a part of the Nutrition Coaching Program, gives her all in our Team Training sessions, and has crushed her goals in our annual Noonan Barbell powerlifting meet.
Consistency has led to Theresa seeing improvements in many areas of her life, from her training, to her positive attitude. Her drive is truly inspiring. She is constantly branching out, learning new skills for many different types of activities. She is a part of the curling community in Alexandria, and has recently taken on roller derby (which is some crazy, intense training in itself!).
By committing to a more consistent health and fitness schedule, Theresa has noticed positive changes in her nutrition, movement patterns and overall everyday life. With this she is continuing to better herself each and every single day.
Theresa dives in head first with everything she does! She pushes herself to the max, but has also learned to listen to her body and cut back when necessary. Her energy and charisma make her a blast to be around and learn from!
