Perfectly Protein-ed Perch (or anything else you can catch)
July 6, 2016
It's the peak of fishing season in Minnesota and the weather has been spot on to get on the lake and do some angling. We all know the awesome benefits of fish for it's Omega 3 fatty acids, aka fish oil, but how about the overall protein content, bro!!
With the recipe below you can double dip on health with not only Omega 3's and natural protein, but also some tasty breading that is loaded up with a little spice and even more PROTEIN!
A huge thank you to Jack C. for sharing this recipe with us!
