Tip of the Week: FEEDBACK Helps Us All

At NSS we coach a lot of different clients with a huge range of goals, abilities, and experiences. One of the ways we are able to "meet these clients where they are" with training is that we LISTEN FIRST, and talk second.

This gathering of information and FEEDBACK is vital in how we do our job each and every day, and helps to make sure client expectations are being met.
