Winter Conditioning Camp - Starts October 24th
The 3-week NSS Winter Conditioning Camp starts on October 24th, 2016!
Our camp will run Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. until November 10th.

Each 60 minute session will have a focus throughout the week with change of direction, jumping/explosiveness and linear speed/acceleration.
The goal of the Winter Conditioning Camp is to prep our athletes to be able to start their upcoming season already conditioned and ready to go!
We have 20 spots available, so if you're interested make sure you sign up sooner than later!
