But seriously, who doesn't know someone (maybe you) that would love to use the turn of the calendar to spring board into a great year of accountability and healthy habits.

But you've tried it before, and it hasn't worked... so why would this year be any different you ask?

We are pumped to be offering a brand new program, rolling out TODAY, to help you stay accountable to this year being the year for you to start strong and stay with your plan.

Some of you will recall, in the past we have ran a Transformation Contest. But this year we wanted to shift some of the focus away from the end game of transformation and put it back on the process of the goal.

We did this because we have seen, over our 10 years working with clients, that long term change always comes back to the process enacted, habits created and appreciation of the path, instead of simply just the end outcome.

Cool right... But then what exactly is the January Jump Start ???

The January Jump Start is an opportunity, over a 6 week period, to work with a like minded group of people and an experienced training staff to start 2017 on the right foot.

The neat thing about this is it is NOT a cookie cutter program. You will select an individual goal specific to you, and through our large group Team Training sessions and your customized semi-private (SP) training sessions, work on the day to day processes of achieving that goal.

This early year success intended to have a snowball effect on the rest of your 2017, guaranteeing you can look back at this time next year and say, "2017 was my year".

Each of you, during the Kick-Off event, will be choosing one focus from the 6 categories below that most closely matches the goal you want to reach.

You will then work with an NSS coach to “goldilocks” (mold specifically to you) your goal to a reasonably higher level that you are both confident is achievable with focus and consistency over the next 6 weeks.

But who is it for?

Really the January Jump Start is for anyone who is fed up with the recurring cycle of resolution fails over and over again each year.

With our specific goal setting and process based platform we create and embrace the realization that practicing quality habits and accomplishing small goals with consistency can lead to long term success.

So what are the details, how much will the January Jump Start cost?

The cost is $99 for clients who are already training with us, and $315 for non-current clients (which includes semi-private training of 30 minutes, twice per week, for 6 weeks).

However we are limiting enrollment to 25 participants to ensure we can run the program to it's fullest potential.

What are the dates of the Jump Start? The Kick-Off event is January 18th at 6:00 p.m., with Team Training on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. starting January 23rd.

How do I sign up?

As of this blog post, we are officially open for registration for the January Jump Start. Like we said, we are limiting this program to 25 participants and it is a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE sign up.
