This is a great opportunity to get your athlete in for a quick tune up, some specific conditioning work or to just keep them motivated and excited for their next season.

This 3 week camp includes 3 x 60 minute sessions per week all for only $90. However, enrollment is limited so reach out today to secure a spot.
February 20th - March 10th
Each session will focus on building athleticism and conditioning through change of direction, jumping and explosiveness, strength, speed and acceleration.
This is the perfect camp for your beginner athlete or the athlete you have looking to better themselves through proper technique of movement. (which we have found is paramount to athletic training success!)
