1 cup cereal of your choice

1 scoop of protein powder (works best to correspond flavor with cereal)

1 cup of milk

Shake protein and milk in a shaker, then add to your bowl of cereal and ENJOY!

Snickers Protein Shake:

Ice

1 scoop of Cookies and Cream protein powder

1 cup of milk or Silk

1 handful of peanuts

Fill blender full of ice, add powder, peanuts, and milk. Blend until desired thickness.
