Thank You for an EXCELLENT 2017

Happy New Year! We still find it crazy to be saying that, but crazy or not, 2018 is upon us. With that being the case we needed to get a message out to you, a message of thanks. Honestly, we COULD NOT do what we love doing here at NSS day in and day out without your unwavering support. We owe you a sincere and honest THANK YOU!

Our day to day is filled with your smiles, laughs, energy and effort. Could it really get much better? Because of your support and belief in us as coaches and a company, NSS was able to do some cool things in 2017, some record breaking things.

First and foremost, we added two new human beings to the #NSSfamily coaching tree.

Jack Benjamin was born to C.J. and Carly in July and has been keeping them on their toes since.

Remi Louella was born in November and has been the apple of Katelynn's eye from moment one.

Not nearly as wonderful and cute as new babies, but record breaking nonetheless was the addition of our "unlimited" Team Training classes that everyone really seemed to enjoy. In an effort to keep offering a mixture of fitness opportunities we added 5 new classes which we hosted 5 days of the week and allowed clients to join us an unlimited amount of times during those month long periods. It was a blast and really showed how consistent some of you can be when the opportunities are there. We had clients coming in for a record breaking amount of sessions, some up to 7 times in the week!

Due to more opportunities and your support we also were also able to break records in

  • total sessions trained in a year

  • total hours coached in a year

  • average clients per week served in house

  • average clients per week served online via the NSS to GO coaching program

Numbers that surpassed our "shoot for" goals. Goals that were possible due to the #NSSfamily being super consistent and dedicated.

Along with staying on top of our "in the trenches" coaching we were able to spend a record amount of time becoming better coaches.

From large scale travel and conferences in Kansas City and New York to taking advantage of local learning opportunities in Fargo and right here in Alexandria with our Leading Training and Fitness Conference. As a core value of NSS's we take continuing to stay on top of the fast moving field of fitness a must.

Another record breaking part of 2017 for us was the ability to give back to the Alexandria community by harnessing the power (and big hearts) of the #NSSfamily.

We were proud to partner with Dollars For Scholars and award $5,000 in scholarships to 3 deserving seniors from Alex Area High School.

Along with Dollars for Scholars and a R.E.A.C.H. Team donation of funds and goods this year we were able to set and surpass a record amount of fundraising for the Douglas County Relay for Life.

Our goal for this year's Relay for Life was to raise $5000. Our official total was $6400!

With a nearly half of that total coming in the Miss Relay Pageant voting process, which was ultimately won by Mike.

If you missed the Facebook LIVE video of his prep to become Miss Relay, it's worth your time, we promise: WATCH IT HERE.

All of the fundraising efforts of 2017 along with the other record breaking events of the year are further proof of our mission.

"The #NSSfamily uses fitness as a catalyst to positively impact lives."

And further proof the we couldn't do it without you! THANK YOU, for your big muscles and your HUGE hearts! Wishing you a happy and healthy 2018,

The NSS Team
