2018-19 School Year Athlete Program

It is almost time once again to start up the school year (where exactly did the summer go??). With that, it also marks the start of the School Year Athlete Program. If you are an athlete not participating in a Fall sport, this is a great opportunity to better yourself for your sport. We have a few different options for athletes to participate in the School Year Athlete Program: Option #1 ==> Afternoon sessions on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.


These sessions operate as an “open gym” session, where the athlete can come anytime 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. – whenever best fits the athlete’s schedule. These sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, and athletes will work on speed and agility as well as strength training. Option #2 ==> Morning sessions (before school) on Monday’s and Friday’s*. (*must have 4 athlete minimum)


These sessions will run 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. Similar to the afternoon sessions, athletes will work on speed and agility as well as strength training.

Athletes have the option for 2 or 3 sessions per week (can do combinations of morning and afternoon). The School Year Athlete Program is a month-to-month program starting Tuesday, September 4th and running through May 2019. For 2 days per week, the School Year Athlete Program is $99 per month. For 3 days per week, the School Year Athlete Program is $149 per month. If you or your athlete have interest in the School Year Athlete Program, let us know!
