Yes, do this today (and it wouldn't hurt to do it EVERY day) to ....
#1 Open up your hips and reverse some of the
tightness from all the sitting we do.
#2 Stretch your chest and shoulders
to help fight poor posture.
#3 Prove to yourself you can get into the position
and therefore are still awesome!
