Saving the best for last! Lisa has been an #NSSfamily member for nearly a decade. In that time Lisa has shown us her devotion to her health, her drive to reach goal after goal, and her nurturing, kind soul.
Over the years Lisa has gotten the chance to be part of the morning, afternoon, and night crews, so it’s likely you recognize her wonderful smile and strong arms. No matter what hour she’s in Lisa is committed to working hard.
Her strength has been forged by her thousands of hours in the gym. It allows Lisa to do things like 20kg Turkish get ups with ease, 225-pound deadlifts on a regular basis, pull up after pullup and any squat variation you can think up.
Always being up for the next challenge, and willing and able to do every exercise in our book, has helped Lisa become a true, well rounded, athlete. In just the last couple of years Lisa has rocked multiple Tactical Strength Challenges and works hard on keeping running another one of her healthy habits.
Her influence on those around her does not go unnoticed. Lisa has shared her love for working out with her mom and often brings her daughter along to share that being strong is fun. If you have had the chance to workout with Lisa you’ve seen that she is always willing to lend a listening ear or cheer you on in your workout.
It’s been amazing to see her dedication, goals completed and smile for so many years. We look forward to the many more we get to share with such a strong and caring woman like Lisa!
