Brenda first came to the #NSSfamily three years ago. She tagged along with her husband for his initial consult and the rest, as they say, is history.
Brenda is a great example of someone who has benefited from following a progressive and consistent strength training program. Her overall strength continues to increase and she loves the feeling of being strong.
Just the other day Brenda mentioned that she would never have pushed herself to explore new weights and try new exercises if she wasn’t working with a coach.
Brenda’s consistency in the gym has had positive results outside of the gym too. Her increased strength and endurance allows her to be active with her kids and grandkids.
From plank contests, to hiking in the Badlands, to sledding with the grandkids Brenda doesn’t sit on the sidelines and watch, she jumps right in and joins in on the fun.
Even through the most stressful events in life (building a house, weddings, and the death of loved ones) Brenda has been a consistent fixture on the NSS scene.
She gives exercise the credit for keeping her sane during the times in her life when it might be easier to take one thing off her plate. Exercise helps her clear her head and get ready to take on the world.
Thank you Brenda for being such a valuable member of the #NSSfamily.
