30 minutes of full body strength and conditioning workouts to melt away winter calories!

This class is ONLY open to current or past clients, so we can keep you moving fast, sweating hard, AND ringing in Spring right.

$99 for up to 4 extra classes per week.

Classes begin April 29th and run through May 23rd

Mon/Wed 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Tues/Thurs 5:30 - 6:00 a.m.
