Over the course of the last few years, Rita has forged a gold standard wellness lifestyle. Despite the many trials and tribulations thrown at her over that time, she has continued to maintain a pursuit of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.
Her physical fitness journey began with a daily walking regimen, followed by bodyweight strength work on her own, and culminated with a two day per week strength routine that we at NSS have the opportunity to guide her through.
That dedication has yielded body measurement changes, incredible strength improvements, and an improved confidence in herself and her bodies capabilities. Rita is a master of consistency, rarely missing sessions, and always on top of adjusting her schedule to fit workouts in.
In addition to her physical fitness, she stays connected to her mental, emotional, and spiritual health through means that have proven extremely beneficial to her. Rita has a background in education, and although that may have been a previous career, she will always be a teacher.
The encouraging educator inside of her has helped others to get the most out of life through mindfulness and taking in each moment. Ask any one of her 9:00 a.m. crew on Tuesdays and Thursdays about Rita, and they will say she is an encouraging, upbeat, positive, hardworking, and at times talkative :) teammate that makes a workout fly by!
