Tip of the Week: 5:00 Ab Finisher
This week we go over a great little "ab burner" you can try out at the end of your workout.
All it takes is body weight, a clock or timing device and a bit of mental stamina!
Front plank x 30 seconds
Curl Up x 30 seconds
Cycle Crunch x 30 seconds
2-3 depth breaths
REPEAT for 3 rounds
