What a pleasure it is to train Katie week after week. She is the picture of consistency, making it in for all her sessions and quick to reschedule when her schedule doesn’t allow it.
Katie has gone from one day per week training, to two days, to THREE days per week training at NSS. She will also add a Team Training class to her weekly schedule when she is looking to up the intensity.
Katie consistently comes in with a smile on her face. She is welcoming to all who walk through the door and encourages everyone she works with. Katie’s “8:30 group” makes working out fun and Katie’s presence in that group certainly adds to the fun.
Katie’s workouts are not to be taken lightly. After a few setbacks with back pain we have tailor made Katie’s workouts to her strengths. This allows for a safe, but highly effective, workout. She walks into each training session with an open mind and a willingness to try new things.
Katie has shared her NSS experiences with friends and family and has been an influencer, ambassador and recruiter, bringing in several new #NSSfamily members over the years.
