Spring Athlete Prep Camp 2020
On March 9th, we will be starting our 3-week Spring Athlete Prep Camp. This is a great camp to prepare any athlete that is going to be getting ready for the Spring sport season.
An opportunity to work on running technique as well as strength training to be able to hit the ground running in an athlete's Spring sport.
Sessions will be Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
