At NSS we strive to build the confident, capable and conditioned athlete.
Confident in any situation.
Whether it's 4th and 10, they are serving 14-14 in the last game or 0:02 left on the clock. We instill in our athletes the ability to manage situations with confidence and control. A confidence that we have seen time and time again flow into everyday life, school and social settings.
Capable to do what needs to be done.
Being capable includes being able to move well, fast. Good technique, proper mechanics and repetition drills into our athletes the ability to move quickly and safely. Capable also means being strong enough, achieved through supervised and proper lifting, to accomplish the tasks their sport demands.
Conditioned to the fitness level needed to compete.
If the fitness isn't there, the ability inevitably will be limited. As others succumb to fatigue, speed and strength dwindle. We prepare athletes to peak conditioning to push through and finish strong.

Our Youth Conditioning Specialist, Chris, displays a thirst for knowledge and a true passion when it comes to working with athletes.
As a 4 year collegiate athlete he knows what it's like to "plan the work and work the plan."
He has been there, he has done that...and he has spent the last 4 years at NSS honing the skill of delivering that "just right" experience and environment for athletes to get CONFIDENT, CAPABLE and CONDITIONED over time.
Our Summer Athlete Program
begins June 8th.
Athletes can sign up for 2, 3, or 4 days of coaching on any of four time slots offered daily.
Advanced athlete sessions run 80 minutes in length. Youth athlete sessions run 60 minutes.
Athletes start with a specific warm-up, followed up by supervised and coached movement and field work, finally finishing with a full body strength routine.
