During these wild and uncertain times Tamara has not only maintained her fitness routine, she has given it an upgrade!
Here are the bones of it.
Moving from three workouts a week to five or six - a monumental achievement in its own right. Though she didn't stop there!
Tamara is addressing some of her imbalances and harder exercises with specific skills work. The things that are not “as fun” to work one when the sledgehammer and tire is "RIGHT OVER THERE" in the gym!
Another impressive aspect of her at-home workouts is that even though life and work are changing at a lightning fast pace. She is adapting and continuing to move forward!
Whether it is adapting to teaching online classes, not being able to use the gym(s) or attending her normal social events to de-stress. Tamara has navigated these obstacles with as much grace as anyone we have seen during such a trying time.
The absolute best part?
Tamara has approached this situation with gusto. Embracing the process of at home workouts with her own flare of personality, skits, and air guitar! Lots and lots of air guitar!
Even quarantine and social distancing cannot stop the greatness that is Tamara from spreading to everyone she interacts with!
