Tuesday, September 8th marks the 14th year of the School Year Athlete Program.
As usual our focus is going to be helping athletes become more Capable, Confident and Conditioned.
But, we also will be highly focused on safety and spacing while students are at the gym.
We plan on running the School Year Athlete Program inside, utilizing both the turf and weight room areas while continuing to use the same Covid-19 precautions we have been taking since reopening in early June.
If you have an athlete not participating in a Fall sport, this is a great opportunity to allow them the chance to get better (more Capable, more Confident and more Conditioned) for when their sport comes around.
We have two different options for athletes to participate in the School Year Athlete Program.
Option #1 ==>Youth (gr. 3rd to 5th)
Tuesday and Thursday 3:00-4:00 p.m.
Option #2 ==>Advanced (gr. 6th and Up)
Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-5:00 p.m.
The School Year Athlete Program is a month-to-month program starting Tuesday, September 8th and running through May 2021.
