Recipe: SLOW COOKER CHICKEN GNOCCHI PESTO SOUP

Ingredients:

- 1 jar (15 ounces) roasted garlic alfredo sauce

- 2 cups water

- 2-4 chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi (prepared per package directions)

- 3 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach

- 4 teaspoons prepared pesto

Instructions:

1. Place first 6 ingredients in crockpot and let cook for 4-6 hours on low

2. Shred chicken and add in prepared gnocchi and chopped spinach

3. Continue to cook until spinach is done (30-60 minutes)

4. Top each bowl with 1 teaspoon of prepared pesto and serve
