POLICIES
Rescheduling Policy

24 hours or more prior to scheduled time: session can be rescheduled within the same week or to the week after without penalty.

24 hours or less prior to scheduled time: session is forfeited without refund UNLESS it can be rescheduled to a time within the following 24 hours ("Session Salvage" policy).

30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time: session is forfeited without refund or reschedule opportunity.
Freeze Policy
If you will be gone for 1-8 weeks, you may freeze your recurring membership to adjust your billing. (Bundles and NSS to GO may freeze 2-8 weeks. Extended Access can NOT be frozen.)
Fill out the form 1 week in advance of the freeze start date. After you submit the form, we will confirm (via email) the dates of the freeze, as well as the billing date your payments will resume.
You may take 2 freezes per year at no cost; additional freezes are $10.
If you will be gone longer than 8 weeks, you may cancel your membership. Returning after 3 or more months will involve a $20 Reactivation Fee. Returning after 6 or more months may require a Kick Off consultation of 30-60min, to ensure we are updated on any changes since we last saw you.
Early Termination of Service Agreement
In the event that you are unable to fulfill your initial three-month commitment to training with NSS, our Early Termination protocol will be applied.
All sessions that have been completed must be paid in full. Sessions paid up front are non-refundable.
An Early Termination Fee of 10% (on original non-discounted price of unpaid sessions) will be charged if you are within your initial three-month commitment. Outside this timeframe, there is no fee to cancel your membership.
In any dispute, co-owners Mike and Dustin will evaluate each situation on an individual basis, and reserve the right to make the final decisions on protocol.
Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid upfront before use.
Our payment preference is to store your ACH (banking) information, with no fee attached.
You may optionally store a credit card, but all payments via card will be charged 3%.
