Spring Fling is a group class where we get you moving, sweating, and laughing!

ALL current or past clients of NSS are welcome. (New-to-NSS folks just need to know foundational movement patterns like squats & hinges; this class is not a great fit for total beginners.)

You do NOT need to be in great shape right now - we'll work on that!

The class is set up for time-based circuits, where you “Push when you can, rest when you can't!” so you only need to focus on what YOU are capable of, not try to keep up with others.
