ATHLETE ENHANCEMENT
At NSS we offer a wide variety of athlete enhancement programs. Between our Summer Athlete Program, School Year Athlete Training, and various camps throughout the year, we are sure to have the right fit for you.
With experience training athletes from age 8, all the way through collegiate players, we have accumulated a large base of education to ensure appropriate training programs and progressions with our athletes.

"My daughter loves NSS! She has grown so much in her abilities as well as her confidence. Chris has an ability to motivate and encourage each athlete to ensure they are reaching their potential.
The environment is great, it's ALWAYS positive. She has always felt comfortable at NSS.
You won't be disappointed."

"The fact that my son can walk into a weight room and know what to do at this age, is something he is proud of and we credit to his training.
NSS provides a safe and fun environment for him to learn how to properly train, avoid injury, get stronger and more confident.”

"My son’s experience with the NSS Athlete Program has been nothing but positive. If you ask him, he will tell you that absolutely NSS has helped him to become “bigger, faster & stronger."
As a parent, not only do I appreciate the physical progress he’s made, I also see his self confidence growing. Alexandria is fortunate to have this program available for our kids to become the best athlete they can be."
