ATHLETE ENHANCEMENT
At NSS we offer a wide variety of athlete enhancement programs. Between our Summer Athlete Program, School Year Athlete Training, and various camps throughout the year, we are sure to have the right fit for you.
​With experience training athletes from age 8, all the way through collegiate players, we have accumulated a large base of education to ensure appropriate training programs and progressions with our athletes.
October through May
Mondays and Wednesdays
3:30-4:45 p.m. Youth
5th grade and up

The program is always supervised by Kait Leary, our Director of Sports Performance, and involves power and speed work as well as a lifting session.

Starts June 1st - 12 Week Program
Advanced (9th Grade & Up): 3-4 Days Per Week
Intermediate (6th-8th Grade): 2-3 Days Per Week
Youth (3rd-5th Grade): 2 Days Per Week
