Autumn Marshall Joins NSS Coaching Team

Alexandria, MN (September 2026) – Noonan Sport Specialists (NSS) is excited to announce the addition of Autumn Marshall to its coaching team. Autumn brings a strong combination of education, experience, and nationally recognized certifications to the NSS coaching staff.

Autumn is a Certified Personal Trainer through both the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), along with holding several group fitness certifications.

Her educational background includes Exercise Science studies at Alexandria Technical & Community College, along with a degree in Medical Office Management from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Nebraska.

Originally born in Illinois, Autumn grew up in a military family and moved several times before settling in Nebraska during high school. She and her family moved to Alexandria in 2018 and have called the community home ever since. Autumn and her husband recently celebrated 21 years of marriage and have four children, ages 10, 16, 19, and 20.

At NSS, Autumn will serve as Director of Sports Performance, overseeing the development and delivery of NSS’s athlete training programs while working directly with athletes to help them improve strength, movement, performance, and confidence. She will also coach semi-private personal training sessions, guiding clients through individualized programs based on their goals, abilities, and needs.

Noonan Sport Specialists, located at 591 Northside Drive in Alexandria, is a 13,000-square-foot personal training facility committed to transforming lives through fitness. With Autumn joining the team, NSS continues its mission of providing high-quality, individualized coaching and helping members of the Alexandria community become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
