November Client of the Month: Annette Ekdahl

We are happy to honor Annette Ekdahl as our November 2025 NSS Client of the Month!

This month, we’re beyond thrilled to shine the spotlight on Annette Ekdahl, a truly inspiring member of our community and a shining example of what consistency, resilience, and a positive attitude can achieve.

Since joining us six months ago, Annette has been the definition of dedication. She shows up ready to work, pushes herself every session, and always brings such great energy to the gym. Her consistency is unmatched — no matter what’s going on in life, she makes her health and fitness a priority, and it absolutely shows in her results.

One of the most impressive highlights of her journey so far? Her metabolic age is now an incredible 20 years younger than her actual age! That’s not something you see every day, and it’s a true reflection of how hard she’s worked to improve her overall health, not just her fitness level. From the way she has dedicated herself, she’s truly transformed from the inside out.

But what makes Annette stand out even more is her resilience and mindset. Over the past three months, she’s been dealing with a shoulder injury — something that would sideline many people. But instead of using it as a reason to stop, she found ways to adapt. She’s continued to show up twice a week, training smart, staying positive, and crushing every workout that comes her way. Her ability to listen to her body, modify movements, and still make progress has been nothing short of inspiring to everyone around her.

Beyond the physical progress, Annette is a joy to have in the gym. She’s supportive of others, always brings a smile, and makes the space brighter every time she walks in. Whether it’s offering encouragement to a fellow member or tackling a tough workout with determination, she embodies the spirit of our community.
