15 Minute Workout For Busy Days

Ever been here?



Work is busy (like usual), you've got a million and one things on your to do list PLUS another meeting just popped on for the end of the day. Oh and don't forget that basketball game tonight for your daughter...on the road.



What's the first thing that is going to get cut? Yep, you guessed it...



Your workout.



But, what if we told you we have a simple, one implement, workout that can absolutely "check that exercise box" for the day but still give you a fighters chance of getting everything else done as well.

Next time your day gets too jammed with ALL THE THINGS, instead of skipping your session, try this...



20 kettlebell swings x 30 seconds rest between sets

Repeat for 10 sets.




Plank x 30 seconds ON / 30 seconds OFF

Repeat for 5 sets.



It will take 15 minutes, but scouts honor, you will come out feeling energized and proud that you got your workout in during such a busy day.
