No matter how you break down the time, as we write this on the 15 year anniversary of NSS it's hard to look back and believe we have been working with clients in the Alexandria area for that long.
Rewind the clock over that time and you will find a 23 year old Mike and 22 year old Dustin with a vision, youthful ignorance and a great network of support.
The vision we originally had of Noonan Sport Specialists is not what it is today. It's so much better!
That youthful ignorance has grown into more of a semi-ripened comprehension.
And our network of support has 10x'ed over and over again to a point beyond where we could ever imagine.
Over the course of these 15 years in business we have had the chance to work with over 1700 clients for a total of more than 175,000 personal training sessions.
It's hard to remember the evolutionary processes we have gone through in the course of working so often, with so many folks.
From the first workouts we were coaching being written on a hand-held whiteboard, to paper folders an inch thick with printed workouts, to a completely online program and coaching process.
From a 4,000 square foot white rectangle with a few sparse pieces of second hand equipment and a drafting table in a corner as an "office." To 7,500 feet of space with offices, a staff area and all the equipment we need to do our job well.
From the first 3 years of only Mike and Dustin, to a coaching team of 10 top level, hard working and fully invested coaches. Coaches who continue to push for excellence and absolutely live up to the mission of NSS, positively impacting lives.
We simply could not do it without these amazing coaches. We can't thank them enough for their dedication and passion.
We also want to thank each and every client who has helped shape NSS into what it is today. No doubt you are the lifeblood that fuels the engine.
Finally, we want to thank our wives and families. They absolutely are our structure and support, and have been in this role through all the highs and lows. We love you!
