Unlock Your Potential: What to Expect from This Summer’s Athlete Program

This summer, we’re taking athletic development to the next level with a structured, science-based training approach designed to maximize performance.


Over our 10 and 12 week programs, athletes will move through targeted phases that build strength, control, and explosiveness, preparing them to compete at their peak.



Development Phase I & II (Weeks 1–4)


Goal: Build movement quality, strength capacity, and endurance.


  • Learn proper lifting mechanics and body alignment.

  • Improve core strength and joint stability.

  • Establish a conditioning base for more complex phases ahead.


Eccentric Phase (Weeks 5–6)


Goal: Increase strength, control, and injury resistance through slow, controlled movements.


  • Emphasis on time-under-tension exercises.

  • Strengthen connective tissue and reduce injury risk.

  • Reinforce movement patterns under load.


Isometric Phase (Weeks 7–8)


Goal: Build full-body stability, control, and mental toughness.


  • Static holds to increase strength in key positions.

  • Boost tendon and joint durability.

  • Develop breathing control and focus under stress.


Peak Phase I & II (Weeks 9–12)


Goal: Maximize power, speed, and performance as athletes prepare for game conditions.


  • Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and sprint work.

  • Contrast training to convert strength into speed.

  • Sport-specific drills and tapering for optimal readiness.


Throughout the Program:


  • Baseline, mid-point, and final testing to track progress.

  • Expert coaching in recovery, nutrition, and mindset.

  • Personalized feedback and performance insights.
