December Clients of the Month: Mark & Stacey Law

We are happy to honor Mark & Stacey Law as our December 2025 NSS Clients of the Month!

The #NSSfamily uses fitness as a catalyst to positively impact lives, and Mark and Stacey Law are a perfect example of that mission in action. Their consistency, kindness, and tenacious commitment have made a lasting impact on every aspect of NSS.

From the moment they joined NSS, Mark and Stacey have shown up with open minds and a willingness to do the work, embracing the coach-athlete relationship on the coaching floor and working with their coaches to continue to move forward every year. They have approached training as a long-term investment in their health, physical abilities, and quality of life.

Mark, or “the guy in the kilt” as most people who first meet him know him, has been active and competing at high levels of strength and athleticism his entire life. Constantly working towards the next improvement. He is a lifelong learner, and this permeates every area of his life, from woodworking to sports like highland games, volleyball, and softball, and even his strength training.

Stacey shows up to every session without excuses, even on the mornings her legs still feel like concrete from the last workout. She grits her teeth through every rep, no matter how badly her arms shake or how loud her breath rasps. By the end of each session, she’s drenched in sweat, yet she still has a smile on her face. That kind of relentless discipline and ability to stay positive is why she’s a joy to be around.

Mark and Stacey have been steadfast stewards of the #NSSfamily. When they see an opportunity to help drive NSS forward, they are quick to share ideas, offer feedback, and support new initiatives. If there is a chance to lend a hand to the coaching team or to another #NSSfamily member, they are always first in line, showing exactly how magical it can be when #NSSfamily members unite!

Mark and Stacey, thank you for the many ways you show up for yourselves and for the entire #NSSfamily. It is an honor to recognize you as our Clients of the Month, and the NSS team is grateful to be part of your story as you continue to live out what this community is all about.
