We're excited to introduce Autumn Marshall, the newest addition to our team at NSS!!🚀
In this video, you'll get to know Autumn, a passionate and experienced fitness professional who is a Certified Personal Trainer through both the NSCA and ACE, with an educational background in Exercise Science from Alexandria Technical & Community College.
Originally born in Illinois and raised in a military family, Autumn eventually landed in Nebraska before moving to Alexandria with her family in 2018.
At NSS, Autumn serves as our Director of Sports Performance, working with our athletes to improve strength, movement, performance, and confidence, while also coaching our semi-private personal training clients.
Join us as we learn more about Autumn's background, her journey into fitness and coaching, and, of course, throw in some fun "get to know you" questions along the way!
